“User” or “you” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

2.1 Information and Signposting Only. HNW Advisor provides general educational information and introductions to independent professional Advisors. We are not a law firm, tax advisory, financial advisory, or regulated advisory business. Nothing we publish, communicate, or provide through the Services constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

2.2 No Advice or Recommendation. Any information, content, or materials provided through our Services — including responses to questions submitted through our website, content published in our resources section, or any verbal or written communication from our team — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind.

2.3 Independent Professional Advice Required. 3. Advisor Introductions and Independence

3.1 Independent Third Parties. All Advisors introduced through our Services are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of HNW Advisor. Any professional relationship you form with an Advisor following an Introduction is solely between you and that Advisor.

3.2 No Liability for Advisor Conduct or Advice. HNW Advisor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the quality, suitability, accuracy, or outcome of any advice, services, or work provided by an Advisor introduced through our Services. We shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability of any kind arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or reliance on, advice or services provided by any such Advisor.

3.3 Your Due Diligence. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any Advisor before engaging their services, including verifying their qualifications, regulatory status, professional indemnity insurance, and terms of engagement. HNW Advisor does not warrant that any Advisor is appropriately qualified, regulated, or insured for your particular needs.

3.4 No Referral Fees. HNW Advisor does not receive, and has no arrangement to receive, any referral fee, commission, introduction fee, or any other financial payment or benefit from any Advisor in connection with an Introduction. Our Introductions are made on a purely independent basis. The Advisor’s fees are a matter solely between you and the Advisor and are not influenced by HNW Advisor.

3.5 Advisor Availability and Suitability. HNW Advisor does not guarantee the availability, continued participation, or ongoing suitability of any Advisor. We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw the list of Advisors associated with our Services at any time without notice.

4. Use of the Website

4.1 Permitted Use. You may access and use our Website for lawful personal and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

We will not share more information than is necessary for this purpose, and we will always inform you before doing so.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranties. Our Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HNW Advisor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of our Website, Services, or any information or content contained on the Website.

7.2 No Liability for Reliance on Information. HNW Advisor shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or materials provided through our Services, including any general information or responses provided by our team. You rely on such information entirely at your own risk.

7.3 No Liability for Actions Taken Without Professional Advice. Your remedy in respect of any such matter lies against the Advisor directly, not against HNW Advisor.

7.5 Excluded Losses. Subject to clause 7.6, HNW Advisor shall not be liable to you for any: (a) indirect or consequential loss; (b) loss of profit, business, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or goodwill; or (d) financial or tax losses arising from actions taken or not taken in connection with our Services or any Introduction.

7.6 Mandatory Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

7.7 Cap on Liability. To the extent any liability of HNW Advisor to you is not excluded by these Terms and is not subject to clause 7.6, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed £500 in respect of any single event or series of connected events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HNW Advisor and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Services in breach of these Terms; (b) any information or materials you provide to us that are inaccurate, misleading, or infringe any third party’s rights; or (c) any action you take, or fail to take, in reliance on information provided through our Services without first obtaining independent professional advice.

9.2 No Endorsement of Advisors. The inclusion of any Advisor in our network or the provision of an Introduction does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that Advisor’s services, qualifications, or suitability for your needs.

10. Confidentiality

10.1 Your Information. We will treat any personal or commercially sensitive information you share with us in confidence and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to facilitate an Introduction (with your prior knowledge) or as required by law.

10.2 Our Materials. Our proprietary content, methodologies, Advisor network, and materials are confidential to HNW Advisor. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute such materials without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

12. General
